Background

I’m part of the Conservation Capacity Programme at Fauna & Flora International (FFI). This programme aims to support conservation organisations in high biodiversity countries so they are better able to accomplish conservation goals, and support their own continued organisational development, independently. I am responsible for working with a small team to support organisational development of conservation organisations, where this support is requested. We help our conservation partners to define, achieve and sustain conservation goals by providing mentoring, training, facilitating processes such as strategic planning, and providing accessible information and guidance. The Conservation Capacity programme also works to build leadership amongst conservation professionals and promote learning and exchange across FFI and its networks.
